Hi, I’m Miriam Ovadya, founder of Remote Hive.
Our story began with a simple realization shaped by my own experience. Like many in the working middle class, I held multiple roles, often starting with little to no prior knowledge. I learned new processes, systems, and procedures from scratch, became proficient in each role, and noticed one powerful pattern: every job I did was performed entirely from a computer.
That sparked an idea. What if there are countless roles that any intelligent, capable, and educated person can master when given the opportunity? And what if growing businesses, especially small to mid-sized companies, could benefit from training this talent to handle essential day-to-day work, saving time and money while focusing on what truly drives growth? That belief became our mission.
